PLAGUE REPORT UPDATE FROM STOCKTON

by Bob Walsh

Traffic is still up a bit. No surprise there. There was still a line to get into the Harbor Freight store in Stockton, which was irritating because they didn't have what I wanted. However, in Manteca there was no line to get in and they did have what I wanted. it was very nice indeed.

No line at the post office. No line at the grocery store.

I have to go into the prison tomorrow to get my ID updated. (Every five years.) Should be fun. I go there regularly for firearms qualification but I have not been inside the fence in over ten years, the last time was for a retirement party for a counselor friend of mine.

Rained heavy periodically yesterday. Not that we couldn't use it so I am not complaining.

The new mask my friend Debbie made for me is great. Most of them are either one layer or three layer. I have trouble sucking air thru the 3 layer and the one is sort of flimsy. These are great. Her and her sister sell them for $5 each. They are also making some that have a pocket in them so you can put a third layer in. Many people use a coffee filter I am told. The damn thing even looks nice.

Now all I need is for the barber shops to reopen and be able to buy freaking Lysol Spray in the store and my life will be back to 90% of normal.
