FEDERAL JUDGE ORDERS BODY CAMERAS AND SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS FOR CDCr

U S District Court Judge Claudia Wilken has ordered the California Dept. of Corrections (and rehabilitation) to install surveillance cameras and to order staff to wear body cameras at the State Prisons at Lancaster, Corcoran, Kern Valley, the Substance Abuse Facility at Corcoran and the California Institution for Women.

The judge is concerned that the evil prison guards are being unnecessarily mean to handicapped prisoners.
