Dangerous Crazy Person Actually Arrested And Kept In Custody For Murder ... But She Had Been Released Four Days Earlier After Arrest For Aggravated Assault
by Bob Walsh
Ke
Chieh Ming, 64, was walking her dogs in Riverside, CA. when she was
attacked and knifed to death, apparently by Darleen Stephanie Montoya,
23, who is homeless and had mental health and substance abuse issues.
Four days earlier she had attacked another woman using a skateboard as a
weapon. Obviously she was not kept in custody or she would not have
been able to murder Ke Chieh Ming.
