U.
S. District Court Judge Jon Tigar has said that the prison system of
the formerly great state of California can and must order that all staff
receive Covid-19 injections, though the order does allow for both
religious and legitimate medical exemptions.
It
also orders that all inmates who receive in-person visits must be
vaccinated. Also all persons entering the prison must be vaccinated. I
expect there are exemptions provided for there but I don't know that
for a fact.
