U.S. District Court Judge Roger
Benitez ruled today that the CA requirement to undergo a background
check (with fee of course) in order to buy ammunition is in fact a
violation of the Constitution of the United States.
Presumably
the God-Emperor of the formerly great state of California, Gavin
Newsom, and his bought dog, A.G. Rob Bonta, will appeal, along with a
litany of crying, whining and tearing of hair. Fuck them both.
