Two juvenile bad guys walked into this meat market in New Orleans to rob the place Tuesday evening. While the bad guys were distracted grabbing their loot the clerk grabbed his gat and started throwing lead, hitting both of them.
When
all was said and done the not named 13-year old was dead and Teony
Juarez, 18, was in the hospital under arrest. The cops assert that the
shooting was clearly justifiable and that the good guy is not being
charged. The bad guys were so surprised that they did not return
fire.
