Airline trips into Cuba have been significantly curtailed
recently. It seems that gas, including aviation fuel, are in very
short supply due to the sudden changes in Venezuela. These shortages
seem to have resulted in a tremendous shortage to the people in Cuba as
well. The people who follow such things are now openly speculating that
the "people"may have had enough and may be both willing and able to
achieve their own internal regime change, probably with help from us.
It would be nice, but I am not holding my breath.
