A bill is advancing thru the legislature of the formerly great state of California that would require by law that any corporate entity based in California have at least one female on it's Board of Directors.
At this stage the legislation does not specify if this must be an actual biological female or if a trans-female or a self-identified female who actually has a dick would be permissible. .
Sadly, this is NOT a joke.
