The formerly great state of California is about to approve the on-campus consumption of marijuana products (other than by smoking) of elementary school students who have a valid medical marijuana card. You can get one of those by asserting that you suffer from stress because the law does not allow you to consume marijuana. Just thought you might find this interesting.
