P.R.C. ABOUT TO BECOME AN OFFICIAL SANCTUARY STATE

by Bob Walsh

Yes, the People's Republic of California is about to become a de jure as well as a de facto sanctuary state, when Governor Moonbeam signs SB54 into law.

The authors of the bill had to "water it down" a bit because in its original form it would have made it virtually impossible for jail and prison authorities to cooperate in any way with I.C.E. without violating state law. In addition there were changes made to expand the number of criminal offenses that would allow officials to rat out an illegal alien to the feds.

The California police chiefs organization finally dropped their opposition to the bill. Sheriff's remain opposed. It should be noted that Sheriff's are elected in CA. Police chiefs are mostly appointed, and are mostly political weenies who gave up being real cops years before.

The list of serious crimes that may warrant federal involvement now include attempted murder, attempted rape, bumburyism, mopery and being a climate change denier.

It should be noted that another denizen of San Francisco was let out of the local lockup in violation of an I.C.E. request and that young man, Erick Garcia-Pineda, pretty much went right out onto the street and murderd someone. That happened just two weeks ago and is becoming a fairly common occurrence in the People's Republic of San Francisco.

EDITOR'S NOTE: Bienvenidos a Mexifornia!
