THREE JUVIE MURDERERS DENIED PAROLE IN W.V.

by Bob Walsh

The parole board in West Virginia has, again, denied parole to three young killers who became eligible for consideration for parole after a change in state law in 2014 based on a 2012 SCOTUS ruling.

The new law allows parole consideration for serious juvenile offenders after they have served at least 15 years. Seven persons in custody in W.V. are doing time life for murders committed as juveniles.

William Wayne, Lawrence Redman and Larry Hill II were all told NO and are eligible again for reconsideration next year.
