SCOTUS RULES IN OHIO VOTER PURGE CASE

by Bob Walsh

In what is potentially a very significant ruling SCOTUS, by a 5-4 vote, just ruled that the process by which the state of Ohio purges its voters rolls of inactive voters is in fact constitutional. The liberals are going bat-shit crazy and it makes organized voter fraud much harder.

There is actually a federal law that requires states to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to purge their voter rolls of persons who have died or moved. The trouble is that Ohio actually DOES this. If you are registered to vote in Ohio and you do two things you are dumped. Thing one is you have to miss voting in three federal elections over a six year period. Thing two is you have to not respond to a written inquiry from the registrar of voters asking you if you are still there.

Ohio has used this system since 1994. The lawsuit was not filed until 2016.
