Thursday, 3:07 Pacific Time will mark the Summer Solstice.
Since time immemorial humans have rose to greet the rising sun on Midsummr Day. Those myriad of Howie's readers who are still good pagans should remember to roll their butts out of bed and remember to make the appropriate sacrifice to the Sun God in thanks for his blessings.
Cats make excellent sacrifices, and there are plenty of them around. Plus, unless you live in formerly great state of California, you can then eat the damn thing. I have an excellent cat taco recipe.
