A VERY familiar face! Cincinnati man covered in face tattoos is arrested for the 54th TIME and charged with kidnapping a woman and holding her for $100 ransom

A man with unique facial tattoos, including a dollar sign over his left eye, has been charged with kidnap in his 54th run-in with the law.

Michael Mann, a 35-year-old man from the Pine Hill neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio, has been charged over the kidnapping of a woman in October of this year, WLWT reported.

'Police responded to a check cashing store where a woman said her sister was being held against her will until she returned with $100,' Dave Wood of the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office told the court. 'The defendant was the person holding her for ransom.'

Prior to this allegation, the well-inked suspect had been charged 53 times with a variety of criminal offenses including burglary, assault and drug possession, according to the prosecutor.

Mann was even arrested earlier this year on aggravated burglary and domestic violence charges.

He allegedly entered through an open window at the home of his child's mother where he choked and assaulted her, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.

WLWT reported that in 2017 that Michael Mann was arrested on charges of burglarizing a home along with a partner.

In 2016, a then 32-year-old Mann, again with an accomplice, had a robbery attempt thwarted by a 76-year-old man with a cane, according to WCPO.

For this most recent criminal activity, the suspect is being held on a bond set by the judge at $200,000.
