The NorKs have declared martial law to deal with the Coronavirus possibly spreading into North Korea. For most citizens that is probably no different than normal, daily life. However, there are no doubt exceptions.
If the MSM reports are to be believed a mid-level NK government official was placed on quarantine due to his recent trip into China. He didn't like that, it cramped his style, so he ducked out and went to a public bath house. The army went out, found him, and summarily executed him. Probably easier to clean up in a bath house, if they bother cleaning up after such object lessons in North Korea.
The Chinese are not doing that yet, as far as we know, but cell phone video is getting out of ordinary citizens being forcibly detained into quarantine due to flunking the temp test screening.
