The federal judge overseeing Lori Loughlin's case is furious with prosecutors after FBI agents allegedly coerced the alleged ringleader of the college admissions scandal, William 'Rick' Singer, to lie about the nature of the Full House actor's payments to the University of Southern California.
US District Judge Nathaniel Gorton, who is overseeing the case against Loughlin, her fashion designer husband Mossimo Giannulli and other parents charged with cheating the college admissions process called allegations of misconduct by investigators 'serious and disturbing' on Friday.
The Giannullis are alleged to have paid Singer $500,000 to arrange their daughters' admission into the University of Southern California.
EDITOR'S NOTE: If it is true that the FBI forced Singer to lie, Loughlin and her husband will be acquitted and they should then sue the FBI big time.

This defense COULD work. If they had shelled out $50,000 I would be inclined to think it would work. $500,000 and some clearly faked bio data makes it harder to go along with. That being said all you need is for one juror to buy a ticket on the conspiracy train. All the other people copping pleas and her own statements that she knew it was WRONG (but not illegal) may not do her any good either.
If she is found guilty and sentenced she will probably come apart. Her friends all say that she is scared shitless of actually going to the slammer.
