Governor Gavin Newsom, HMFIC in charge of the formerly great state of California, is being sued by The Center For American Liberty in a request for an emergency petition hearing before the California Supreme Court.
Newsom has handed out $75 million to various non-profits within the state with the specific understanding that they will use it to give to unemployed undocumented Democrats.
The assertion by the plaintiffs is that the money is an appropriation contrary to the legislative intent of the funding, which makes it a gift going to organizations outside of stage management and control, which makes the appropriation unconstitutional.
It will be interesting to see what the court has to say.

Would be nice to see a financial judgement against him personally.
