Not a whole lot new to report actually. I have been mostly being a good boy and either staying in or hanging out at my lady friend's house. I did mow my back lawn and ran off some ammo on my reloading bench. There is a modest run on components and even ammo boxes right now. Fortunately I am in pretty good shape on most components and decent shape on loaded ammo.
Most of the local ranges are still closed down. Most of the local gun stores have reopened or stayed open.
Traffic volume is still way down, which is nice. I will go out tomorrow to do some grocery shopping, and maybe stop by Barnes & Noble and get a couple of more e-books. (I am out of Green Death. I can't face the day without a couple of cans for breakfast.) I did go out to the post office to get my lady friend's mail from her post office box, and to test drive the Saturn. It seems to be very happy with it's new water pump.
My brother reported to me that, while he was walking his attack chihuahua at the Marina yesterday he saw a guy dressed in a gorilla costume and a guy in a banana suit fighting at the Marina. No obvious camera people around, so one wonders what the hell was going on there. I would expect he was putting me on, but he is an auditor and therefore has no sense of humor.
A friend of mine who is currently unemployed is making soap and seems to be making a modest amount of money at it. I bought a couple of bars of Sandlewood / Dragonsblood soap from her and have been using it for my shaving soap. My car smells very nice for a couple of days afterwards. The gray foam is a little hard to get used to, but the smell is very nice.
I am now about half-way thru my DVDs of M Squad. Also I noticed that a SciFi program from a couple of years back, Stitchers, is available on demand. It was amusing.
EDITOR'S NOTE: You shut get the complete series of "Sledge Hammer" from Amazon. It's a hilarious spoof of Dirty Harry.

I remember Sledge Hammer. Definitely TV worth watching.
I put on my mask and gloves. Ventured out and bought a 13 lb brisket yesterday that was on sale at Kroger. Smoking it today for 12 hours with Mesquite wood. This will probably call for a couple of Pints this evening with some Willie Nelson and the late Kenny Rogers. The patio I had put in a couple of years ago has come in handy during this hunker down period.
My neighbor and his wife had a yelling match in their back yard. We got as close as we could so we could hear it. Nothing new. Just mad at each other for being each other.
