Anybody who follows reports of police involved shooting will remember Stephon Clark of Sacramento, CA. He was shot to death by Sacramento cops a couple of years back, essentially for felony stupidity, which should not be a capital crime but sometimes is. His family became wealthy via his misfortune, courtesy of the taxpayers and insurance companies.
Stephon had an older brother, Stevante Clark, who is more than a little strange. While the BLM clowns were doing their NO JUSTICE NO PEACE shakedown he interrupted a city council meeting with a little dance, then parked his ass on the mayors podium and took over the microphone. The mayor peed all over himself.
Stevante has just been arrested for his participation in an alleged assault in April. His mother, who is an expert on such things, says that her poor son is being picked on by the police because they are a bunch of racist bastards who hate him. He was arrested on a warrant issued by the DA for felony domestic battery. He was in custody for two days, pending a $50,000 bail. Maybe they don't ROR domestic violence suspects.
The complaint alleges that GBI occurred during the battery.
He was arrested about a month after his brother's death for trashing a hotel room. He was also the subject of a 5150 hold and another situation in which he threatened neighbors and a roomie, and set up a barricade in the street in front of his home.

Idiocy must run in the family. The city may have paid on his brothers incident, but I hope he remembers his poor brother who died never saw a dime.
Stevante is quite a character. Politically, he is very conservative, supporting the republican candidate for California governor and being very active in the libertarian party. Crazy as hell, but quite an interesting fellow.
