The dummies handing out money to gangbangers need to really study this book

 

San Francisco officials plan to pay people $300 a month to not shoot each other in an attempt to curb rising incidents of violent crime. City officials say the plan theorizes that someone's financial circumstances are the root cause of their actions.

Sheryl Davis, the executive director of the Human Rights Commission, asserts that there is more to the program than what some might take at face value. 

 

And San Francisco Mayor London Breed said to KPIX, a local affiliate of CBS, 'In many cases, sadly, the common denominator is that these folks do not have any sort of income.'

SAN FRANCISCO ABOUT TO START PAYING CRIMINALS TO NOT SHOOT PEOPLE

The City and County of San Francisco is about to start an interesting pilot program.  The program will pay certain specified "high risk" individuals with a history of violence $300 a month to not shoot people.  It will pay them an additional $200 per month to go to school or get a job that doesn't involve shooting people.

It is not completely clear how the city will know that the individuals involved are not in fact sneaking out and shooting people anyway.  But that's ok, it doesn't really matter.  Liberal programs don't have to actually do anything except give a feeling of moral superiority to those who are pimping them.
