The
Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals (New Orleans) has just informed Senile
Joe and the other Acolytes of the Church of Fauci that they do NOT have
the legal authority to ORDER businesses that have no association with
the federal government to order those businesses, thru OSHA, to mandate
that their peeps have Covid innoculations.
Every once in a while truth and the rule of law do still win one.
