Tuesday deputies arrived at a home in Martinez, Columbia County, GA.
right after the county Fire and Rescue showed up at the house. The call
was to render aid to 7-month old Serenity, great-granddaughter of
Migdelia Guadalupe. Both Migdelia and Serenity had been attacked by a
dog in the house which was rented by Migdelia.
Serenity
died in the hospital. Migdelia was treated and released from the
hospital and was promptly arrested for second-degree murder and
possession of methamphetamine. She is being held without bond.
