Portland State University decided this week that they
should rearm their police officers with actual guns. This decision
comes three years after the university decide to disarm their cops
except with specific permission under special circumstances.
Among
the reasons for the change was lack of support of the university police
by Portland city PD. The campus police department now consists of
nine officers.
