Really? Nobody has been drinking Laredo water for years. It sucked when I was stationed there and everyone knew it. The courthouse had water warnings on the drinking fountains. My house in Pharr had a reverse osmosis system. All the water from El Paso to Brownsville comes from the Rio Grande.
