Michael Stowers, 36, was released on parole this March for a murder in 2008. He is now suspected in the murder of his pregnant ex-wife, Damara Alexis Kirkland, 35 and the shooting of a 36-year old man and the attempted shooting of another man during a carjacking, all happening on October 19. He has contacted the Ramsey County (Minn) S.O. and admitted to the shootings and allegedly wanted to arrange a safe and peaceful surrender. So far that hasn't happened. The jacked car was recovered in a parking lot a few days ago.
I guess the rehabilitation didn't take.

Prisons are for punishment. Rehabilitation? Good luck.
