Fr. George Neville Rucker blamed God for his molestation of children.
The L A Archdiocese just had their financial ass handed to them...again...over their protection of pervert priests.
They
just had to agree to pay $880 million dollars on top of a previous $740
million. That adds up to over $1.5 billion dollars. That is real
money.
More than 300
priests who worked in L A have been credibly accused of sexually abusing
minors. This settlement covers 1,353 victims.
The
former Cardinal, Roger Mahoney, attracted strong criticism for his
handling of the problem. His handling including concealing molestation
complaints from the cops.
One
of the more infamous perverts, Father George Neville Rucker, blamed God
for his continuous molestation of children. He stated, "Well, God
called me into the priesthood and God doesn't make mistakes, so I assume
all of this happened as part of God's plan for (the victim's)
salvation." It isn't known what response, if any, God made to this
assertion.
Two dozen
Catholic dioceses across the country, including San Francisco, Oakland
and San Diego, have had to file bankruptcy to due molestation
settlements.
The Lord moves in mysterious ways his wonders to perform.
