Dave Portnoy unleashes furious six-minute anti-Kamala Harris rant: 'Worst candidate to run for president ever'

Donald Trump supporter and Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy took aim at Vice President Kamala Harris for what he characterized as the 'gaslighting' of her record.

In a six-minute online tirade, during which he warned listeners about celebrity endorsements, Portnoy told his 3.2 million followers she is the 'worst candidate to ever run for president, ever.'

Portnoy began by apologizing for unleashing a rant about politics, explaining that he tries 'not to,' but he 'hit the boiling point' after listening to some recent Harris interviews.

And it's the gaslighting that the Left is doing with Kamala Harris, making it sound like she's some great, ground-breaking candidate,' Portnoy said. 

As Portnoy sees it, the Democratic nominee is trying to define herself as a candidate for change, while insisting that she agrees with President Joe Biden's decisions since 2020.

 

Portnoy said he 'hit the boiling point' after listening to some recent Harris interviews

 

'This is the sitting Vice President of the United States saying she is the candidate for change,' he said. 

Portnoy then described the problems facing the United States, much of which he blames on the Biden-Harris administration. 

'On the world stage, Afghanistan was a disaster, the Middle East is basically in flames, he said. 

'Then on the homeland, inflation is out of control, people are burning American flags in the street, defunding the police, law and order doesn't even seem to matter anymore, you got the border. 

'So many issues.'

As Portnoy sees it, there are only two voters in 2024: Those who hate Trump and those who love him.

Those who hate Trump, Portnoy explained, would vote for 'a potato or a head of lettuce or anything.'

'And that's my Dad,' Portnoy said. 'It doesn't matter who's running, he hates Trump so much, he'd vote for whoever you'd put up there.

Harris, he claimed, is irrelevant in the eyes of voters and he used her decision to drop out of the 2020 primary as proof.

'There's a reason when she ran for president last time,' he said. 'She didn't get one vote. She dropped out before the primaries.'

Portnoy also complained about Harris receiving softball questions from interviewers, such as Stephen Colbert.

More concerning, he says, is her inability to articulate clear answers during these friendly interactions.

'She never gives a straight answer. She doesn't seem to be able to be able to put, to put coherent thoughts together,' Portnoy continued, stumbling over his words. 'It's actually scary for me to think what she'd be on the international stage.'

Portnoy has supported Trump's candidacy for the White House ever since his preferred candidate, Nikki Haley, dropped out of the Republican primary.
