Timothy Hyder, 57, of St. Cloud,
Florida, may very well be one of those people. He and his fiancee,
Nastalia Du'Mee, had been together for over three years. On Sunday,
when arriving home after a football watch party she gave him back his
ring and told him that she would not marry him. He didn't much like
that. Her daughter, who lived at their home, turned up the TV to drown
out the sound of their fighting. Apparently it was not uncommon,
especially when booze and football were involved.
Hyder then retrieved his .357 magnum from a closet and shot Du'Mee in the head. She died.
Hyder
is being held without bond on suspicion of second-degree murder. He
put the gun down and waiting peacefully for the cops to show up. He
expressed regret for killing Du'Mee. I think that's nice.
