Yes, it is true, sort of. The Hildebeast has announced, as part of her FUCK ALL YOU PEOPLE book tour, that she has retired from politics AS A CANDIDATE. She does, however, intend to still be active on the political scene BECAUSE SHE CARES SO MUCH.
She has acknowledge that she really shouldn't have used a private email server for official business, but does not acknowledge that destroying the contents of the server was an issue. She asserts that all of those highly paid speeches she gave to Wall Street assholes brought her a lot of money but were not "newsworthy" (just money worthy), apparently as an excuse to not release the contents of those speeches.
What really happened is that Hillary still has her head so far up her ass it might take until the end of the Trump administration for her to get it out, if then.
