Congressman Chris Collins (R-N.Y.) has now seen that he is toast. He is suspending his reelection campaign and dropping out of the race. He plans on staying in office until his term runs out, probably because he needs the income and health care insurance.
Just goes to show you he might be an idiot but he isn't a moron.
