JUDGE TOSSES SUIT AGAINST COPS IN PULSE NIGHTCLUB SHOOTING

by Bob Walsh

U. S. District Court Judge Paul Byron threw out a lawsuit Wednesday that had been filed against the cops, claiming they did not do enough to stop the gunman from shooting up the place. The reason was that the suit lacked sufficient specificity to allow the officers and the department to respond properly to it.

You might remember that a goatfucker named Omar Mateen shot up the gay nightclub in June of 2916, killing a total of 49 patrons.

The lawsuit names one specific officer who was working off-duty security at the club plus 30 John Doe officers as well as the Orlando P. D. in general.
