Shortly before 0700 local time on Monday at least three commercial airline pilots spotted something visually that did NOT show up on radar. A British Airways pilot was the first to call it in, and ask if there were any military exercises or aircraft in the vicinity. There were not. Two other pilots also saw whatever it was.
The "what" was a pair of very bright lights moving at Mach 2 plus, making a tight turn and them climbing away.
The incident is being investigated by the Irish Aviation Authority.

The Irish Aviation Authority? If it wasn't for whiskey the Irish would rule the world!
