In the great state of Pennsylvania private citizens are allowed to file criminal charges with the District Attorney. That gave an interesting in for seven people to file a complaint against the mayor and six city council members of Pittsburg for passing into law items which are allegedly in violation of the Second Amendment and various sections of state law.
The D. A. refused to proceed with the charges.
