And Only 3 Of Them Died

According to various broadcast news outlets there were only 33 people hit by gunfire in Chicago on the Fourth of July, and only three of those has died.
Maybe Chicago has finally turned the corner. Or maybe their EMS is getting better. I understand the U. S. Military sends medicas and combat area doctors to Chicago to get experience in gunshot trauma.
