federal judge in Texas has just blocked Biden's plan to
totally stop deportations for 100 days, including criminal illegal
aliens who already had a valid deportation order filed against them.
It may not stick, but personally I am happy just to have it thrown back in his face.

What happened to the public comment period that got so many of Trump's executive orders blocked? Shouldn't all of Biden's signings be subject to the comment period?
At least this judge can actually read the law.
He is a Trump appointee, so he has probably even read the constitution at least once in his life.
President Trump flipped the balance on Federal Appeals Court Judges by appointing 54. These Judges are the ones that really count. This doesn't include 174 Federal District Judges or 3 Supreme Court Judges. All of them are lifetime appointments. President Trumps influence will be felt for at least a couple of decades.
