Yes,
Youngkin managed to knock off McAuliffe in Virginia. The win is not
huge, but is not microscopic either. The good people among us hope that
this might be a foretelling of things to come in 2022. I am not
counting my chickens before they hatch, but it will at least give us fun
things to speculate about for the next year.
In
New Jersey it is still too close to call, but the fact that the
Democrat-Socialists didn't take it in a walkaway is noteworthy .
I
guess playing the race card (badly) and screaming ORANGE MAN BAD at the
top of your lungs is not a sure winning strategy any more. Too bad, so
sad.
