PROSECUTOR BOUNCED IN LOUDON COUNTY SCHOOL RAPE CASE PROTEST

By Bob Walsh

Last year Scott Smith's daughter was raped in the girls bathroom of a school in Loudon County, VA..  Her rapist was a biological male who was identifying as a girl at the time.  The assault was covered up by the school and the "boy" was transferred, where he did it again to another female student.  Smith got very unhappy about the situation and was arrested at a school board meeting for disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice, both misdemeanors.  He was convicted of both counts but the obstruction charge was later kicked by the judge on appeal.  Smith is being tried again on the disorderly conduct charge.

Circuit Court Judge James Plowman has removed County Attorney Buta Biberaj from the current case, asserting that she can not possibly be impartial in the matter.  Biberaj has stated on the record that she believes that Smith, the victim's father, is a "domestic terrorist" due to his protests voiced at a public school board meeting. He has appointed a special prosecutor.  Biberaj is pissed.
