Los Angeles has stopped
enforcing the 10-round magazine ban. Officers have been directed not
to "investigate, detain or arrest" persons for simple possession of
"high capacity magazines" as long as they are not specifically
prohibited persons.
The town of Superior, CO, has been enjoined from enforcing their local "assault weapons" ban.
The
California "Assault Weapons" ban has been sent back down to Judge Roger
Benitez for reconsideration in the light of the Bruen decision. He
previously decided that the ban was bullshit and will presumably do so
again.
Hawaii has actually issued its first ever CCW permit and 186 are still in the pipeline.
A
federal judge in Texas has ruled that persons over 18 but under 21 can
not be barred from bearing arms in self defense, citing Heller, McDonald
and Bruen. He has stayed his ruling pending likely appeal.
