I WONDER IF HIS BONDSMAN WILL GIVE HIM A REFUND?

Bullet holes in an ABC10 building in Sacramento, Calif., on Friday.

Anibal Hernandezsantana, 64, a denizen of Sacramento, is believed to have been the person who shot up the ABC 10 building in Sacramento this past Friday in the late afternoon.  No one was hurt.  He put a few rounds thru a window.  My GUESS is that it had to do with the Jimmy Kimmel hoorah.

He bailed out of the county jail on a $200,000 bail.  He was then promptly arrested by the FBI for violation of 47 USC 333, willfully or maliciously interfering with radio communication licensed by the federal government.  The suspect, also known as Anibal Hernandez-Santana, is scheduled to appear in federal court on Monday and Sacramento County Superior Court on Tuesday.

The state charges are firing a gun at an occupied building, ADW and firing a gun in a negligent manner.  His attorney has thus far declined comment.

Unless he happened to have $200,000 laying around I am guessing he paid $20,000 to a bail bondsman.  I wonder if he gets that back.  I sort of doubt it, but fortunately my knowledge base in that field is minimal.

Bonding Companies are notorious for taking real property as collateral. They usually get a much better return on their money. Many parents have sacrificed their homes for their delinquent children.
