WILL TRUMP SUE TREVOR NOAH ?

During the Grammy Awards last night the M.C., Trevor Noah, took a shot at Donald Trump.  No surprise there.  He did however at least strongly imply and maybe outright assert that Trump had history of Epstein and Bill Clinton ON "Lolita Island."  Trump has repeatedly denied any such thing ever happened and I expect he is telling the truth or the falsity of it would have surfaced by now.

In any event Trump is PISSED and is asserting that he might very well sue Noah, and presumably the Academy as well.

It is hard to defame a public figure but there might be enough there to do it.  As I understand it (I could be wrong) there is a multi-step threshold.  The statement has to be false, the person making the statement has to know it is false and have made the statement anyway knowing it is false with intent to damage.

There just might be some there there.  It will be interesting to see what Noah and the Academy will do if Trump goes ahead with it.
