Amazon
is buying the iconic MGM studios for $8.45 billion to make their
streaming service a little more robust. Including among the MGM
properties are the James Bond and Hobbit franchises. Amazon is
preparing a Lord Of The Rings series for it's streaming service, though I
am not quite sure why. I guess they think people will watch it.
EDITOR'S NOTE: In line with being woke, are they going to change the lion to a pussycat?
