The
recall effort against L A District Attorney George Gascon is officially
under way. The effort has until October 27 to gather 579,000 valid
signatures to get the recall on the ballot.
Everybody
KNEW the man was an uber-liberal nut job when they voted him in. He
ran on being an uber-liberal nut job. I strongly suspect they will be
able to get the signatures to get the issue on the ballot. I would not
bet they will manage to throw him out of office. All the criminals and
criminal defense attorneys will vote for him. All the illegal aliens
will vote for him. Most of the Hollywood community will vote for him.
I hope they are successful in throwing the bum out. I am not betting next weeks beer money on it.
