The
modest rash of bad guys being terminally rehabilitated by home owners
got one more notch a couple of days ago in the teeming metropolis of
Guinda, CA.
The homeowner
was home alone when he saw headlights in his driveway. He was somewhat
concerned as he had just discovered earlier in the day that his home
had been broken into while he had been gone a few days. A firearm was
taken, among other things. He did not leave his house to confront the
bad guys but did retrieve a firearm and waited quietly inside his
house. Two people, a man and a woman, broke in. The homeowner opened
fire. The male suspect was shot and killed. The female fled and was
later captured. Since CA shitcanned the felony murder rule last year
the survivor can not be charged in the dead of her accomplice.
It is not yet known if these two unlucky miscreants committed the earlier burglary.
