At
about 5:30 pm on Sunday some idiot left his car running at a gas
station (convenience store?) in Kenosha, WI. A 13-year old girl took
the car and drove away. The owner of the vehicle opened fire, actually
hitting the girl.
The
unnamed girl will face juvenile charges when she gets out of the
hospital. (Personally I would call that auto theft and not
carjacking.) The shooter is facing one count of first degree reckless
endangerment.

You mean like cops do everyday? Cops must all be idiots.
Shot a 13 year old? Who would put bullet holes in their own car? It is a Texas class C misdemeanor to leave your car running unattended. What a Boob.
