If the old adage "A conservative is a liberal who got mugged" Barbara Boxer just became a conservative.
The
superannuated and intelligence-challenged former U S Senator from the
formerly great state of California was assaulted by someone who pushed
her from behind, grabbed her cell phone and ran to a waiting car to get
away.
This incident, which
happened in Jack London Square on the Oakland waterfront is technically a
robbery but I am confident the former senator will not make an issue of
that, (gag gag cough cough puke)
The
incident took place in the early afternoon so there might be some
decent surveillance footage which, under the circumstances, the cops
will look over VERY carefully and will diligently pursue the case.
