Last
year the God Emperor of California, Gavin I HATE GUNS Newsom signed
SB173 into law. This bill authorizes the California DOJ to release
information to the University of California that identifies CA gun
owners by name, address, and birthday and identifies the guns they
purchased and where they purchased them. The law specifically names the
U. C. Davis Firearm Violence Research Center, but does not limit
releases of information to only this group. It specifically includes
the U. S. Dept. of Education. Perhaps if you have both school children
and guns you can expect a visit from the feds to "ensure" that your guns
are not available to your children. Maybe with a search warrant.
I am guessing that a legal challenge is under way.
AI wonder how the left would feel if they starting making public information on who was getting birth control or abortions?

That was actually AB173, not SB173. My bad.
So if your children are home schooled, does it apply?
I have been told the NRA has already filed for an injunction to prevent the state from releasing this info to non-law enforcement entities.
