With A Bit Of Luck

The L. A. Registrar of Voters has just approved the recall attempt against District Attorney George Gascon.  The recall proponents now have 160 days to gather about 567,000 signatures to get it on the ballot.  (A similar recent attempt against Gascon failed.)

There has recently been a vote by the District Attorney's Association in L. A. County.  A total of 83% of the Assistant District Attorneys voted.  Of that group 97% voted to support the recall.  

I confess to mixed feelings.  They knew the guy was an uber-liberal when they voted him in.  Turns out he WAS in fact an uber-liberal.  So now they want to throw him out for being an uber-liberal.  That being said I am in favor of throwing the bastards out on general principles.
