GOVERNOR NEWSOM PROMISES NO ROLLING BLACKOUTS

The God-Emperor of the formerly great state of California, Gavin Newsom, has stated categorically that there have been no rolling blackouts and will not be any rolling blackouts.

They may, however, from time to time be EPISODIC LOAD REDUCTIONS, caused primarily by selfish greedy Republican assholes who do not want to die from heat stroke and insist on running their air conditioners when it is 105 outside..  It is possible that as many as 500,000 people may be effected today by these Episodic Load Reductions.

Remember, these are NOT rolling blackouts.  ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Ok, I'll try to remember to new politically correct name for Rolling Blackouts. Idiotic Load Reductions. Really? A 308 is now called a long-distance Cordless Hole Puncher.
