Two scumbags are in custody on suspicion of involvement
in the murders of six people in the central valley town of Goshen a
couple of weeks back.
Noah
David Beard, 25, of Visalia and Angel "Nanu" Uriarte, 35, of Goshen,
were both arrested on Friday. Uriarte was shot by federal officers and
is in the hospital. He is likely to recover. Bear is believed to have
been the shooter in the death of the 16-year old mother and her 5-month
old child.
Alissa Parraz, 16, was found dead
in a ditch, still cradling her baby Nycholas, near the home where four
of her family members were also killed
A woman hid out
in the mobile home that was the target of the attack and called the cops
as the attack was under way. She survived.
The shooters are known to be Surenos. The targeted family has several members known to be Nortenos.
The
suspects had been under constant surveillance for nearly two weeks
while the authorities were putting together hard evidence to link them
to the murders.
A total
of three residences and eight prison cells at various state institutions
were searched in conjunction with these arrests.

Crime is being easily coordinated from inside prisons through the use of contraband cell phones. How do these cell phones get inside the walls? Cell signal blockers should be mandatory at every public and private prison.
You would be surprised at how much federal bullshit you have to go thru to LEGALLY use cell phone blockers in the U.S. With I-5 very close to DVI (which is now closed anyway) it would have spilled over onto the freeway unless they used multiple very low-power devices. Then the state would have to issue special number cell phones to those who had state cell phones so that they would not get nailed by the blockers. It is actually complicated.
