Starting
in a week or two Target will no longer accept personal checks at the
cash register for payment for goods. Their reason is that there are
just too few people who pay by check any more to make it worth their
while to continue to deal with them.
Well,
that just sucks. It is, however, a business decision being made by a
business as to how they deal with their customers. They can do that.

I haven't written a check in years. I don't shop at Target because they are higher on products I buy at HEB and Wally World. I also don't buy coffee at specialty coffee shops because I think it'd stupid to pay those prices. As John Wayne said, "Life is tough, but it's tougher if you're stupid." (USA)
